Lotusphere Comes to You 2011 was successfully held on 15 March, Hong Kong . This year, IBM took enterprises on a Social Business journey by showing a portfolio of solutions for instant communication and collaboration.
Axisoft was invited to the event. SQUARE, a Lotus Notes based document management system and its additional modules were demonstrated. For example, Attachment Rendering enables automatic conversion of Lotus attachments to HTML pages for reviewing and searching.
Among all these add-on modules, SQUARE Instant Document Sharing attracted guests attention at the booth. In the present social atmosphere, instant communication is the key. However, traditional DMS cannot satisfy such need. SQUARE Instant Document Sharing feature lets you share documents with external parties conveniently and show the document instantly on their screens.
