Hutchison Global Communications Limited moved their call center to Axisoft

October 2, 2007 Hutchison Global Communications Limited (HGC) became the first business to start operation in the new call center at Axisoft.

HGC is one of the largest telecommunication network providers in Hong Kong. The ISP company transfers a major part of business from its call center in Guangzhou to Axisoft call center. With technical and operational support of Axisoft, HGC targets to provide customers with more innovative, high-quality sales and enquiry services.

Axisoft call center opened and started in full operation on 28 September. The call center occupies 6,000 square feet and can accommodate over 120 agents. Axisoft call center provides both inbound and outbound call services which could be customized and integrated into the daily business of local and multinational enterprises.
