The Ricoh Document and Security Forum is held June 3, 2005 at Island Shangri-La Hotel. Document management and computer security are the main focus to be discussed in the forum.
Mr. Henry Kwok, Business Development Director of Axisoft is invited to be the speaker on "Who moved my Documents?". Mr. Kwok has taken the opportunity to share the importance on role separation between IT system management and document ownership. He further demonstrate by SQUARE - the knowledge management platform on how the concept could be applied in facilitating corporate information collaboration, avoiding the overpowerment of IT system administrator.
